I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! the staff went above and beyond to help me with my motorbike troubles. They even searched online and in a different language to find a garage for me. It's rare to find such dedicated service. Secondly, the food was delicious, both dinner and breakfast. I especially enjoyed the attention to detail and the portion sizes at breakfast. Lastly, the location of the hotel was simply breathtaking. Nestled in a beautiful, isolated area close to nature, it offered the most enchanting view in the early morning. I could easily watch the sunrise over the misty foothills of the Thüringer Wald.
Not a single thing I could fault about my stay. Everything was absolutely perfect!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location close to nature was absolutely beautiful, with enchanting views of the misty foothills of the Thüringer Wald. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a comfortable room and a newly renovated bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the common areas and dining room. The staff were friendly and provided exceptional service. We were impressed by their willingness to help, even going above and beyond to assist us in finding a local garage for our motorbike. Breakfast was superb, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. We were truly impressed with our experience at this hotel.
Nothing negative to say - our stay was perfect in every way.

We had a very pleasant stay in a beautiful hotel surrounded by nature. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us during our city break. They even helped us find a nearby garage for our motorbike, despite the language barrier. The room was comfortable and had a newly renovated bathroom, which added to our overall enjoyment of the stay. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with plenty of cycling and hiking trails nearby, making it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts like us.
Although our experience was mostly positive, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. the option to pay with a card would have been more convenient for us, as we had to make sure we had enough cash on hand.

Spent Christmas in a beautiful hotel in a great location. the staff was very helpful during our stay, taking care of everything we needed. the room was cozy, with a newly renovated bathroom and a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside. the breakfast was superb, with a variety of delicious foods to choose from. We especially liked the homemade pastries and coffee.
That we had to pay in cash, which was a bit inconvenient. some of the staff members did not speak English, which made communication difficult at times.
